Donaldson LifeTec™ PP N depth filter element designed for liquid filtration in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and general process applications.
The 1C230411-05 is manufactured entirely from polypropylene and uses an asymmetrical microfiber filter matrix with a graded pore structure. This design provides effective particle retention, high flow capacity and high dirt-holding capacity while helping extend the service life of the filter element.
The element has a nominal filtration rating of 5 µm and a double-open-end configuration with flat EPDM gaskets. Its all-polypropylene construction provides broad chemical compatibility and low extractable levels, making it suitable for a wide range of process liquids.
The materials are suitable for food-contact applications in accordance with FDA CFR Title 21 and EC Regulation 1935/2004.
