Valves and Automation
We can also deliver our valves fully set up with actuators, limit switches and other automations.
We split our valves in to the following four categories:
SHUT-OFF VALVES »
Shut of valves are design to fully shuts off the flow of liquids or gases, or to let the flow to fully pass. Shut valves can also often be used to reduce the flow rate, but normally with a low accuracy and sometimes problem with noise and cavitation. If the purpose is to adjust the flow going thru a control valve is a better option.
CONTROL VALVES »
Control valves are designed to regulate the flow that goes through, and are designed to this with a high accuracy without getting problems with noise or cavitation etc. With the help of a actuator and autmation this job can be done automatically without the need of a operator.
SAFETY VALVES »
Safety valves are designed to prevent unwanted pressure to build up within the system, by letting the pressure out if it reached the set pressure it is configurated with.
CHECK VALVES (Non-Return valves) »
Check valves are designed to prevent the flow from going the opposite direction and will react and shut off the flow when that happens.
Pinch Valves
Different valve types, materials, pressure classes and actuation options are available to suit a wide variety of industrial processes. Our team can also assist in selecting the most suitable process valve for your operating conditions.

Knife Gate Valves
Different body designs, lining materials, pressure classes and actuation options are available for industries such as mining, mineral processing, water treatment and general process applications. Our team can also assist in selecting the most suitable knife gate valve for your operating conditions.

Diaphragm Valves
We supply a wide range of industrial diaphragm valves for slurry, corrosive media, chemicals and other demanding process applications. Our diaphragm valve range includes solutions for reliable shut-off and flow control in services where contamination, solids build-up, corrosion and difficult media can be a concern.

Butterfly Valves
Butterfly valves are small and require little space, and meet the strictest requirements for tightness.
Ball Valves
Ball valves have a full flow without obstruction in the flow, and therefore provide low pressure loss, and can withstand very high open/close cycles. It is particularly suitable as a feed valve on smaller dimensions, but becomes large and heavy on larger dimensions.
Globe Valves
Globe valves are very well suited as control valves and regulating valves, and are available with various features to prevent noise and cavitation etc. Available in a whole range of material qualities such as cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel and super duplex.
Gate Valves
Gate valves have full flow without obstruction in the flow, and therefore provide low pressure loss. It is well suited for use on drinking water, wastewater and neutral liquids.
Needle Valves
The name needle valve comes from the fact that the valve’s piston is shaped like a needle, and it is suitable for steam, gas and chemicals.
Check Valves (Non-Return valves)
Check valves, or non-return as they also are being called, in various designs with ball, disk and flap.

Limit Switches for valves
