Butterfly valves for a compact design

Butterfly valves are compact and light weight, and occupy just a small space on the pipe. The only negative with this valve is that you will always have the butterfly disc inside the pipe, so if you have a process that requires no restrictions this is not the valve for you, but as long as your process is fine with this small restrictions there is for sure a lot more positive sides with this valve.

The butterfly valves comes with a lot of different material options and can therefor be used on most medias.

Shut-off valve or Control valve

Butterfly valves are available both as shut-off valves and as control valves, and are available both with manual control and with automatic control through an actuator.

Butterfly valves are available with different rubber qualities so that you can get the rubber mixture that is best suited for the medium. You can also choose many different materials for the disc, and if you have a abrasive media you can even get it coated with polyuretan.
