Pinch valves suitable for the abrasive medias
In the open position, the pinch valve has no restrictions and allows the media to pass through without risk of getting stuck. It uses air or mechanical pressure to shut off or control the flow, by pressing the rubber bellow together and reducing the bore.
On many of the pinch valves you can exchange the valve bellows, which makes it like a new valve inside without the need to replace rest of the valve that not gets worn.
We have many different pinch valves in our portfolio, where some are better suited than others for certain applications, so contact us and let our valve experts find the most suitable pinch valve to your process.
Shut-off valve or Control valve
Inside a pinch valve, there is only one component that is in contact with the medium, namely the valve bellows/valve sleeve. Pinch valves are available with different rubber qualities so that you can get the rubber mixture that is best suited for the medium. Pinch valves are also available with replaceable bellows/sleeves, so that in case of wear you only need to replace the bellows/sleeve to get an almost new valve.
