Donaldson LifeTec™ PP N depth filter element designed for coarse liquid filtration and pre-filtration in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and general process applications.
The 1C230281-99 is manufactured entirely from polypropylene and uses an asymmetrical microfiber filter matrix with a graded pore structure. This design supports effective particle retention, high flow capacity and high dirt-holding capacity while helping extend the service life of the element.
The filter has a nominal filtration rating of 99 µm and is equipped with a Code 7 connection and EPDM sealing material. Its all-polypropylene construction provides broad chemical compatibility and low extractable levels, making it suitable for coarse filtration and pre-filtration of a wide range of process liquids.
The materials are suitable for food-contact applications in accordance with FDA CFR Title 21 and EC Regulation 1935/2004.
