Introduction

These Business Principles are meant to ensure that all our supply chain recognize the responsibility for people and environment, and are based on several international guidelines such as United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the United Nations Global Compact Program. Our Business Principles are valid for all our suppliers, and the supplier is responsible to make sure this is followed by all their subcontractors, agents and other third-party business partners.

Our requirmenets

Suppliers must follow local laws and regulations and obtain all necessary permits and licenses that are required.

Suppliers must operate in a manner that protects the environment and constantly aim to be more environmentally friendly and carbon neutral.

Suppliers must respect the rights of all employees and make sure they are not involved in any forces labor or child labor. Suppliers must secure that all employees working hours and wages are paid according to local law requirements, and that all employees have a least one day off for every seven-day periods.

Suppliers must secure the health and safety to all employees and environment, and constantly work to avoid any safety hazards. Suppliers must also have a system for where workers can report any health risks or safety incidents.

Suppliers must threat they employees fair with dignity and respect, and aim to avoid any discriminations, harassment, or abuse in physical, verbal or mental ways.

Suppliers must maintain the highest standard for business integrity and work for fair business and competition in the market. This include to not in any ways be involved in bribery or extortion.

Suppliers must not disclose any of Filtnor or our customers intellectual property, documents or other business information to other parties without any written agreement from Filtnor.

Suppliers must work for transparency and support inspections and corrective actions. Suppliers should also encourage employees to report any concerns regarding compliance with Filtnor Business Principles, and protect the anonymous, confidentiality and risk for retaliation for any whistle blowers.

Breaches

Suppliers are obligated to inform Filtnor if any breaches or suspicions of breaches occur.
